Meet Benny .. he is a familiar face to 9RUN6, he typically shows up to workouts on Wednesday mornings.
The reason for this shout out is because he told a couple of members of 9RUN6 when asked,” Hey Benny see you on Wednesday?” … he responded with “Yes”.
It was brought to our attention that he didn’t attend the workout this morning … his reason … he didn’t wake up until 8:30AM … I guess dudes that work so damn hard to look so pretty do need their beauty sleep … nonetheless … he missed a workout after committing to it so that’s why he is our shout out of the day …
